2024 Prayer For Our Nation

This prayer was heavy on my heart this morning and I wanted to share it with you. Our country is in trouble as you may know and God’s people need to pray and pray like never before. This is not about Red versus Blue, left against right, or black against white, this is about good versus evil.

These evil forces are using these factions to divide our nation and pit us against one another. But our enemy is not our neighbors and fellow citizens. It’s much deeper than that. This is a spiritual battle in the heavenly realms, a battle to destroy this nation and what it was founded upon and stands for even today. A battle to destroy our Christian values and our way of life.

Please join me in this prayer:

Heavenly Father,

We are the light of the world, this United States. But right now our flame is dimming due to corruption and evil that has crept into our great nation. Forgive us Father for falling asleep on our watch.

God, help us to take back that which the enemy has stolen. Help us to shine bright amongst the darkness once again. And as we let your light shine through us, may we begin to see others shine as well. As we begin to shine our lights allow us to see the armor you have equipped each of us with but have hidden from our view up until now.

Help us oh Lord to restore this land which is in covenant with you. Dispatch and activate your army angels. It’s time for activation. Activate your church sovereign Lord. Hear us oh Lord and restore our Nation to One Nation, Under God, Indivisible, with Liberty and Justice for all.

Help us Lord to understand that we each play a vital role in the fabric of this great nation. Help us to understand what role that is for each of us, our divine purpose for a time such as this. Uncover our eyes Lord and open our hearts. Let us see through your eyes dear Lord and help us to love through your heart.
